Almost identical, but differences
- PDOR shorter timescale change
- Can use telecommands.
- Some telecommands are different depending on whether they are for the main or redundant side of the instrument.
- Have to be uploaded separately to the main and redundant side.
- Must be sent to MOC, not SOC
